Registration Submitted - Payment Required to Confirm Your Group Slots

Thank you for submitting your group registration for MSF Dinner & Dance 2026! Your registration has been received and is currently pending ballot. Please check your email at *|email|* for your group summary. No payment is required at this stage. You will be notified of your ballot outcome via email. IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • Registration is open to MSF staff only. All Table Leads and additional participants must use official work email. Must register with work email address with a dot GOV domain.
  • Each staff member should only be registered once, whether as Table Lead or as an additional participant.
  • A group registration may include up to 10 participants, including the Table Lead.
  • Spouses and partners are welcome. The co-payment for a spouse/partner is $335.
  • Payment is made directly to MSF via QR code only upon confirmation of your slot. The microsite does not process payments.
If your registration is successful, you will be responsible for making a single payment to the organizing committee covering the total co-payment for your entire group. Please ensure payment made is correct

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to seat availability.

Successful registrants will be notified via email for payment within a week of registration. If you are placed on the waiting list, you will also be contacted should a slot become available.

Registration closes at 12pm on 25 September 2026 or when capacity is reached, whichever is earlier.

For Confirmed Registrations
  • Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment by the organising committee.
  • For group registrations, the Table Lead is responsible for making payment on behalf of the entire group upon slot confirmation.
  • Individual participants will be confirmed once the Table Lead payment has been verified by the organising committee.
  • Tickets are non-refundable once payment has been received.
  • By registering, participants consent to photographs and videos taken at the event being used for internal MSF communications.
  • As Table Lead, the registrant confirms that all participants in the group have been informed of and consented to this registration.

  • Ticket is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
For Waiting List Registrations
  • Waiting list groups will be notified if a slot becomes available.
  • Placement on the waiting list does not guarantee a slot at the event.
  • If a slot is offered, the Table Lead must complete payment by the stipulated deadline to secure the group's registration. Failure to do so will result in the slot being released to the next group on the waiting list.
  • By registering, participants consent to photographs and videos taken at the event being used for internal MSF communications.
  • As Table Lead, the registrant confirms that all participants in the group have been informed of and consented to this registration.
